Are Monserrate tickets included?
No, unless your written quote specifically says otherwise. Cable-car/funicular and attraction tickets are separate. We can help purchase available tickets online in advance when requested, with costs paid or reimbursed by the customer.
Is a licensed tour guide included?
No. A professional private driver is included. A licensed/private guide can be arranged separately upon request, at additional cost and subject to availability.
Can we choose our starting time?
Yes. Your preferred time is arranged subject to vehicle availability, traffic and attraction opening schedules. No fixed departure time is imposed.
Can we visit both the Gold Museum and Botero Museum?
Possibly, but the standard experience treats museums as optional choices. Opening days differ and available time, traffic and your priorities determine what fits comfortably.
What happens if Monserrate transport is closed or delayed?
Cable-car and funicular operations are controlled by Monserrate and may change. We will help adjust the sequence or historic-center plan when conditions affect access, but cannot guarantee attraction operation.
