Tickets are not included in the vehicle price, and Bogotá Car Service does not resell admission unless a separate arrangement is expressly confirmed.

Is the COP 500,000 or COP 600,000 price per person?
No. The price is per private vehicle for the full five-hour service: COP 500,000 for 1–3 passengers or COP 600,000 for 4–7 passengers.
Does the five-hour tour include every listed attraction?
No. The highlights are choices. Your final itinerary is customized around your priorities, opening hours, traffic, queues and available time.
Are Monserrate and museum tickets included?
No. Admission, cable-car and funicular tickets are paid by the customer. We can assist with online purchasing in advance upon request.
Is the driver also a licensed tour guide?
No. Your professional driver provides private transportation and logistical support. A licensed/private guide can be arranged separately upon request and subject to availability.
Where does pickup and drop-off take place?
Pickup is available from a hotel or residence in Bogotá, with drop-off in Bogotá at the end of the service.
Can we extend the tour beyond five hours?
Yes, subject to availability. Additional hours cost COP 100,000 per hour for 1–3 passengers and COP 120,000 per hour for 4–7 passengers.
